Embarking on my first-ever video production journey in 2014 was a pivotal moment. Attending a high-definition video production camp, I seized the opportunity to script, direct, and edit my own short film, marking my initial foray into the world of filmmaking. Drawing inspiration from a TED talk that encouraged a positive mindset, especially crucial for my 16-year-old self venturing alone to a foreign country where English was the primary language, this experience became an exercise in self-confidence. Crafting this piece was not just about creating a film; it was about embracing a new challenge and discovering my fervor for storytelling through the lens of a camera.
